Frequently Asked Questions
In what formats do you deliver print files?
We deliver all print designs in print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleed), along with editable source files (AI/PSD/INDD) if requested. Preview versions (PNG/JPEG) are also provided for quick sharing and approvals.
Can you help with the actual printing?
We specialize in design & prepress preparation, but we also collaborate with trusted printing partners. If you need full support, we can handle both the design and the printing process, so you receive the finished products.
What if I already have a print supplier?
Our files follow standard industry specifications (bleeds, margins, CMYK color profiles), making them compatible with any professional printing house, locally or internationally.
Do you provide mockups before going to print?
Absolutely. Every project comes with photorealistic mockups so you can see how your flyers, posters, or banners will look in real life before printing. This ensures there are no surprises after production.
Can you design custom sizes?
Yes. We work with any custom format (beyond A4, A3, standard banners, etc.) and can prepare designs for special finishes such as embossing, metallic foils, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination, and fabric or mesh banners.
How long does it take to complete?
It depends on the complexity and number of items. A flyer or poster typically takes 2–3 business days, while a full menu or large-scale banner set may require 5–7 business days. Urgent projects are possible upon request.
